Je suis heureux de vous informer que je n’aurais plus à aller en prison ou à payer les 900,-€ d’amende à la (in)justice allemande. Au lieu de ça, je dois faire du Travail Humanitaire pendant la durée de ce qu’aurait été la période d’emprisonnement, soit 3 mois.

Le seul problème, c’est que je n’ai pas le droit de voyager, notamment de sortir d’Allemagne pendant cette période.

Naturellement, j’ai choisi de faire ce travail humanitaire dans une organisation Africaine. J’en ai rencontré le responsable cette semaine, et nous avons finalisé notre coopération. Je le remercie ainsi que l’ensemble de son organisation pour leur solidarité et leur soutien.

Cela dit, mes problèmes ne sont pour autant pas finis avec la police, la (in)justice et l’État blancs allemands.

En effet, sur le plan civil, j’ai été condamné à payer 3.300 € de soi-disant ‘compensations’ au gouvernement allemand pour avoir soi-disant ‘physiquement atteint et blessé’ les policiers qui m’avaient attaqué et torturé. Et comme si cela n’était pas assez, le même tribunal civil s’apprête à me condamner à payer des soi-disant ‘compensations’ individuelles à ces policiers qui me poursuivent actuellement devant les tribunaux pour dommages et intérêts. Jugement attendu dans les prochaines semaines. Je vous tiendrais informé.

D’ici là, merci encore infiniment à vous tous/tes pour votre Solidarité et votre Soutien.

I am happy to inform you that I will not have to go to prison or to pay 900 € fine to the German (in)justice any more. Instead, I must do Humanitarian Work for the duration of the time that I would have been imprisoned, i.e. 3 months.

The only problem is that, I don’t have the right to travel, especially to go out of Germany during this period.

Of course, I chose to do this humanitarian work with an African organization. I met its chairperson this week, and we finalized our cooperation. I thank him as well as of his whole organization for their solidarity and their support.

Having said that, my problems with the white German police (in)justice and State are not over yet.

Indeed, at the civil court, I was sentenced to pay 3.300 € so-called ‘compensations’ to the German government for having so-called ‘physically harmed and injured’ the police officers who had attacked me and tortured me. And as if this was not enough, the same civil court is about to sentence me again to pay individual so-called ‘compensations’ to these police officers as they are currently suing me for individual damages. Judgement expected in next weeks. I will keep you informed.
