Alerte rouge : Frère Senfo se bat pour échapper à l’emprisonnement par la justice et la police allemandes

Un développement dramatique est arrivé dans l’année longue de résistance de Frère Senfo contre la police allemande et la justice. Après que ses nombreux appels ont été rejetés par des juges allemands racistes, le Frère Senfo a été condamné à trois mois d’emprisonnement en 2008 pour "s être rebellé contre des officiers de maintien de l’ordre insultants et blessants" (la police). En réalité, c’est Senfo qui a été battu, blessé et torturé par les policiers, mais toutes ses tentatives de les poursuivre en justice ont été rejetées par le tribunal. Maintenant, la cour l’a convoqué pour se conformer aux termes de la condamnation et se présenter à la prison la plus proche où il passera les trois mois suivants. Si le Frère ne vient pas tout seul à la prison où il sera emprisonné et s’il ne paye pas 900,00 EUROS d’amende, la police l’arrêtera et l’enfermera par la force. L’ultimatum a expiré le 2 avril. Le frère Senfo a utilisé la dernière chance d’éviter la prison, mais la justice allemande n’a pas encore répondu, qui est tout à fait inhabituel. Ainsi, nous sommes inquiets que la police puisse déjà s’occuper du Frère Senfo pour l’arrêter et le mettre en prison. Ce serait la 2ème fois que le Frère Senfo Tonkam est emprisonné en Allemagne pour s’être battu contre la violence de la police raciste. Merci d’avoir soutenu Senfo par le passé. Red Alert : Brother Senfo fighting to escape imprisonment by German justice, police

A dramatic development has occurred in the year long resistance of Brother Senfo against German police and justice. After his numerous appeals have been turned down by racist German judges, Brother Senfo was condemned to three months imprisonment in 2008 for “rebelling against, insulting and wounding law enforcement officers” (police). Actually, it is Senfo who was beaten, injured and tortured by the police officers, but all his attempts to sue them were dismissed by the court. Now, the court has summoned him to comply with the terms of the condemnation and proceed to the nearest prison where he will spend the next three months. If Brother does not come by himself to the prison where he will be jailed and if he does not pay 900,00 EUROS of fine, the police will arrest him and close him by force. The ultimatum has expired on 2nd of April. Brother Senfo has used the last chance to avoid the jail, but the German justice has not yet responded, which is quite unusual. So, we are concerned that the police may already be looking after Brother Senfo to arrest him and take him to prison. This would be the 2nd time Brother Senfo Tonkam is imprisoned in Germany for fighting racist police violence. Thanks for supporting Senfo in the past.
